Our Story
Born in 2014 from a high-school idea, USA Palm grew into a family-run brand known for comfort, creativity, and our signature reversible sherpa.
USA Palm was founded in 2014 by a 16-year-old high schooler named Logan Tighe. He spent art class imagining clothes that captured the feeling of his favorite family vacations. He wanted apparel that reflected those simple moments when everything feels right.
With little experience but a lot of drive, Logan launched the first USA Palm tees at Frisco Heritage High School. They took off quickly. Soon there were USA Palm Wednesdays and students used the phrase Palm Life in the hallways. It was clear he had created something people connected with.
As the brand grew, the Tighe family joined in to help shape what USA Palm would become. His parents, Brenda and James, brought business guidance, and his brother, Preston, used his coding and website skills to help share the brand with the world. The company stayed self funded and family powered while expanding beyond tees into polos, quarter zips, and more.
After years of experimenting with new fabrics and fun patterns, Logan came up with a big idea: a fully reversible sherpa that combined two completely different experiences in one piece. Five years of development later, the Reversible Sherpa 1/4 Zip launched. One side is silky and breathable. The other side is incredibly soft and fluffy. It became the piece that could take someone from the country club to the couch with a single flip, and it helped open the door to the full collection we offer today.
