- Orders under $50 are calculated based on weight and destination
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday–Friday typically ship the same day or within 24 hours.
When will my order arrive?
U.S. delivery averages 2–4 business days after shipment. International delivery times vary by location.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Please check spam folders and add support@usapalm.com to your safe list.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Orders are processed immediately and cannot be modified once placed. For assistance, email support@usapalm.com.
Multiple items & pre-orders
- Orders with multiple items may ship separately.
- Orders containing pre-order items will ship once items become available.
Note: Carrier delivery times are estimates. USA PALM is not responsible for delays once packages are in transit.
Returns & Exchanges
We encourage reviewing our full policy before initiating a return or exchange.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- One exchange allowed per order
Holiday purchases made between October 1st – December 31st may be returned until January 14th. Standard policy resumes January 15th.
