Where does USA Palm ship?

We ship worldwide to all locations.

When will my order be shipped?

We strive to process orders as quickly as we possibly can. Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually ship within the same day.

When will my order be delivered?

Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS and will be delivered within 1-3 business days to U.S.A. locations.

How can I track my order?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This email might wind up in your "Spam" email folder, so be sure to add USA Palm to your "safe" list.

What if I’d like to change my order after it’s placed?

Once an order is placed, it gets processed immediately and cannot be changed (this helps us get your order to you as quickly as possible). If you’d like to purchase additional items, please email us at support@usapalm.com.

Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?

Absolutely! When you set up your USA Palm account, you’re able to enter separate shipping addresses and save addresses that you may want to ship to in the future.

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes definitely! You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is sent out. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes of course! All orders are shipped through USPS priority 2 day mail and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number. 

I ordered multiple items, but only received part of my order? What's going on?

Sometimes when there is more than one product in an order they are not all able to fit inside of one package so we will ship the items separately. Rest assured you will receive all of you items ordered.

What is the process of making a Return / Exchange?

EXCHANGE & RETURN NEXT STEPS:

  • Print off
  • Reference your original order number
  • Fill out
  • Insert form into package along with the product to return
  • 2)  Email support@usapalm.com. to inform us that there is an exchange/return on its way.
  • 3)  READ BELOW - to make sure you understand our Return/Exchange policy.
  • 4)  Return product to the address below (including Return Form, original purchase order sheet, and item to be returned)

What is your Return & Exchange policy?

  • You can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed merchandise for up to 30 days after the delivery date. Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns and exchanges cannot be made after the 30-day period. If you received the item as a gift and you do not have the original order number, we can only offer store credit.
  • Please print and fill out our Returns & Exchanges form located here. Include this form in your return shipment and we will promptly complete the exchange or return and send it back. The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is for a damaged item.
  • Please note that all items must be unwashed and unworn. Items sent back with any stains including makeup and deodorant stains, will not be accepted for exchange. Original Shipping charges are not refundable. Please be sure to get a tracking number when you ship the order back to us. We will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.
  • For refunds of sale items or if a discount code was used, we only refund the purchased amount.
  • Refunds must be issued back to the original payment method used at purchase.

When will my exchange ship / When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 2 weeks from the time your return/exchange is delivered to us for it to be processed. Once your return or exchange is processed we will email you an updated tracking number or a confirmation of your refund. Please understand that we may be sold out of an item that you are wanting in an exchange. The wait time may take longer during these times.

I received the incorrect item. What should I do?

Orders that are different than what was ordered/entered on the website (design, color, size or product), will be corrected. USA Palm will send out correct order with a return envelope/label to return incorrect items. The fastest way to receive your correct order is to email support@usapalm.com. with the following information:

  • Customer Name
  • Reference order number
  • Note: What is the incorrect item received
  • Note: What item should have been received
  • Include shipping address

I received a Damaged item. What should I do?

If you received damaged or defective merchandise, please email a photograph of the damaged item to support@usapalm.com along with your order number and we would be happy to begin the exchange process. Damaged or defective merchandise can only be exchanged for up to 30 days after the delivery date.

If a certain Items is out of stock, when will it come back in stock?

To find out when a product will be back on the shelves, please email support@usapalm.com.. Also, please check back on the site regularly, you never know when your size or color choice may pop up!

I’m thinking about ordering custom USA Palm products. Where do I start?

With our custom products, it’s never been easier to get exactly what you want. Let’s get personal! For all inquiries contact support@usapalm.com.

I love my new shirt! How should I wash it?

Because of the way the shirts are dyed, we recommend hand washing all shirts individually in cold water with a mild detergent for the first few washes. After that, please wash in cold water with like colors.

Will you have more designs, sizes, and styles in the future?

Yes, we are in the process right now of developing a full clothing line for Men and Women.

Will my card be charged when I order?

All customers are charged at the time of purchase as this is how our website platform functions. We apologize for any inconvenience.

When I place an item in my cart, is it reserved for any period of time?

Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you place your order and receive an e-mail confirmation that we've received your order.

USA Palm Discount and Coupon Codes

You can enter all discount codes when you are at the checkout in the box named “Discount”. If you are looking for a discount code and cannot find one, you can sign up to our email list.

We offer students a 15% discount. Simply email a picture of your college ID to support@usapalm.com. to receive a 15% off Discount code.

Registering & My Account

Do I have to create an account before I place an order?

Nope! You can check out as a guest, and if you change your mind, you can always register at the end of the checkout process.

Why should I become a registered user of USA Palm?

When you order from USA Palm in the future, we’ll remember your information such as billing and shipping addresses to ensure a quicker checkout next time around. You can also store other information, access your order history, and manage your email preferences.

When I register with USA Palm, will I start receiving emails?

Yes, you will automatically be added to our mailing lists. You can unsubscribe to USA Palm emails in your account at any time.

We dedicate a portion of proceeds to nonprofit organizations that are dedicated to help with the protection and cleaning of our oceans, preserving our coral reefs, and protection marine life.
