Please review the policy below before sending anything back.
Standard Policy
Returns
- Accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Gift returns without an order number receive store credit only.
Exchanges
- Accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- One exchange is allowed per order.
Free Shipping (On Us)
- Free return shipping and free exchange shipping — on us.
- A prepaid return label will be provided once your return or exchange is initiated.
Holiday Returns
- Items purchased between November 1st – December 31st may be returned until January 14th.
- Starting January 15th, our standard return policy applies.
Important Notes
- Items with signs of wear or stains (including makeup or deodorant) will not be accepted.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
- USA PALM is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Sale items or discounted orders are refunded only for the amount paid.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing Time
- Please allow up to 2 weeks after delivery for processing.
- You’ll receive either a tracking number (exchange) or refund confirmation.
