Returns & Exchanges

Please review the policy below before sending anything back.
Standard Policy
Returns
  • Accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Gift returns without an order number receive store credit only.
Exchanges
  • Accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • One exchange is allowed per order.
Free Shipping (On Us)
  • Free return shipping and free exchange shipping — on us.
  • A prepaid return label will be provided once your return or exchange is initiated.
Holiday Returns
  • Items purchased between November 1st – December 31st may be returned until January 14th.
  • Starting January 15th, our standard return policy applies.
Important Notes
  • Items with signs of wear or stains (including makeup or deodorant) will not be accepted.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
  • USA PALM is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • Sale items or discounted orders are refunded only for the amount paid.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing Time
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks after delivery for processing.
  • You’ll receive either a tracking number (exchange) or refund confirmation.
