Exchanges & Returns

Quality and customer satisfaction is very important to us.  If you are not completely satisfied, we will make every effort to make things right. Provided that the product has not been used, washed or damaged, you may exchange or return any product within 30 days of purchase.

Exchange / Return Next Steps:

1)  Click HERE to download the the Exchange / Return Form
-  Print off
-  Reference your original order number
-  Fill out
-  Insert form into package along with the product to return
2)  Email Support@usapalm.com to inform us that there is an exchange/return on its way.
3)  READ BELOW - to make sure you understand our exchange/return policy.
4)  Return product to the address below (including Return Form, original purchase order sheet, and item to be returned)

Timeframe:
-  Please allow 15 business days for us to receive and process your return/exchange.
-  Processing time may take longer during periods of high volume like the holiday season or promotional campaigns
-  Understand that we may be sold out of an item that you are wanting in an exchange.  The wait time may take longer during these times.


    EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY:


    Merchandise:

    -  Must be unworn and unwashed.
    -  Items may be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
    -  The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is for a damaged item.
    -  Refunds must be issued back to the original credit card or Pay Pal account used at purchase.

      Sale Items:

      -  Sale items may be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
      -  Sales listed as CLOSEOUT may not be returned.
      -  The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is for a damaged item.
      -  Refunds must be issued back to the original credit card or Pay Pal account used at purchase.
      -  The refund amount will be the price purchased at checkout, less the applied discount amount.

        Received Incorrect Product:

        -  Orders that are different than what was ordered/entered on the website (design, color, size or product), will be corrected.  
        -  USA Palm will send out correct order with a return envelope/label to return incorrect items.
        -  The fastest way to receive your correct order is to email Support@usapalm.com with the following information:
        -  Customer Name
        -  Reference order number
        -  Note: What is the incorrect item received
        -  Note: What item should have been received
        -  Include shipping address

         

        Defective Product (Not a result of washing):

        -  Items may be returned on a case-by-case basis.
        -  The fastest way to determine if your defect will be accepted is to email Support@usapalm.com with the following information:
        -  Customer Name
        -  Reference order number
        -  Picture of defective product
        -  Note: Refund or Exchange
