College Ambassador - Rice University
Ambassador code: Rando
Tell us about yourself? Hi, I'm Randy! I’m a sophomore at Rice University studying kinesiology, and I love the sea! Ever since I was young, I’ve been taking trips to the beach and staring the ocean, wondering the mysteries that are underneath it. I love great clothes, and USA Palm is no exception!
What part of USA Palm peaked your interest? The quality of the clothes, along with the good cause that USA Palm stands for, protecting our planets oceans, peaked my interest. I love brands that stand for something that can change the world for the better, and led me to want to become a brand ambassador.
How do you Enjoy the Palm Life? I enjoy the palm life by taking trips from Houston where I go to school down to either south padre island in Texas, or Galveston. If I can’t do that, I like to go to lake Travis with some friends and lounge around, enjoying the beaches and the sunshine.
What sports or activities do you participate in? I participate in club soccer, Ultimate frisbee, and IM Basketball. With activities, I like to help others, either by volunteering at local hospitals or at nursing homes.
What is your favorite vacation spot? Why? My favorite vacation spot would be at South Beach in Miami, as the food there is delicious, the ocean breeze is unbeatable, the water is clear as glass, and the nightlife is wonderful.
Why do you think you are a good USA Palm Ambassador? I am a good ambassador, as I would help to spread the Palm life to those around me. I love to champion a good cause, and USA Palm’s mission is about something that I truly care about as well. My passion for this will assist in making me a great ambassador.
How will you make the Palm Life better? I can make the Palm life better, by making it more attainable for others. It’s no fun to be at a beach alone, or to champion a cause alone. Getting others to hop onboard will create more momentum, and can make the Palm Life so much better.
What else should we know about you? I can cook minute rice in 57 seconds. Impressive right?
