College Ambassador - Middle Tennessee State University
Tell us about yourself? Hi, my name is Josh. I’m from Texas originally but live in Tennessee now. I’m a junior at Middle Tennessee State. I served in the U.S. Coast Guard. I’m a huge outdoors enthusiast. When the weather is nice you’ll find me outdoors hiking, camping, fishing, boating, kayaking or just doing anything to enjoy the outdoors.
What part of USA Palm peaked your interest? As a former member of the U.S. Coast Guard member what peaked my interest in USA Palm was their commitment to Ocean Conversation. The U.S. Coast Guard has a primary role in fisheries protection and environmental protection.
How do you Enjoy the Palm Life? I enjoy the Palm Life by being outdoors enjoying anything from camping to fishing to hiking to going to the beach. I also volunteer my time helping with river and lake cleanups.
What sports or activities do you participate in? I enjoy fishing, camping, hiking, kayaking, wake surfing, swimming, playing softball, running and tons of other activities
What is your favorite vacation spot? Why? My favorite Vacation spot is anywhere with a beach. I love Destin, Gulf Shores and several other places.
Why do you think you are a good USA Palm Ambassador? I’d be a good fit because I am extremely proud of being a member of the US Coast Guard. I am excited by the opportunity to work with a company committed to giving back to the community. I enjoy giving back to the community and country
How will you make the Palm Life better? I will dedicate myself to making the Palm Life a part of my daily life and by bringing the Palm Life brand recognition in my area. I will promote the Palm Life by going to tailgates and various other events on campus and in the community and showing people what the Palm Life is all about.
What else should we know about you? I might be 37 years old but I am a member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity. I like to work hard and play hard. I have a saying I like my work weeks and like I like my shorts....short
